After 30 day shred????

I have a question. Im currently doing 30 day shred. I am on day 12 with excellent results. I am seeing great definition in my stomach and arms. My question is what type workout should i do after i have completed shred? Will i keep my muscle definition? I ask this because i have been going to the gym for years without these great results. I dont want to lose my results. I'm almost afraid to stop shred.

    ripped in 30 or her body revolution set might be good choices for you if you are a JM fan! :)

    There's some other video programs that you can go through, including Body Revolution, also by Jillian Michaels. Lots of them are free on YouTube. You might also try a lifting program like StrongLifts (free phone app), which is comprised of compound, full-body lifts, or The New Rules of Lifting for Women (book), which has enough workouts to keep you busy for 6 months.

    Yes i will probably keep doing JM dvds while adding in gym during the week on certain days
