I'm baaaaack!

I joined MFP about a year ago, lost 50 lbs in 6 months, and then I just lost the will to do anything health-related, and so I quit. I think I've gained 25 of those pounds back. Ugh. I deleted my account and decided to start anew to "restart", so to say, and not "pick up where I left off". I'm female, 23, and living in Utah currently where I work full time and go to school full time, so I don't have a lot of spare time to do food prep and run 30 miles per week. Just trying to fit what I can when I can.

This week I am focused on just getting into the habit of writing down everything I eat again. As soon as I feel as I have a handle on that (usually takes me 7-10 days), I'll count calories again and actively try to lose weight again. If you're looking for new MFP friends, feel free to add me! I lost all of mine when I deleted my account.
