The shakes

I have been getting a slight case of the shakes about 30 minutes after eating ONLY in the morning. I have made sure to add lean protein into breakfast, such as turkey or greek yogurt. It isn't all the time, but once or twice a week, enough to make me take notice. I have recently gotten blood tests and they tested my glucose and A1C and all came back ok. The only other thing I can think of is I have quit taking zoloft about a month ago, and i've heard that can be a side effect for some time. But it isn't anything i've noticed before. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You really have to ask your doctor about those shakes. Nobody can diagnose, much less treat you online.
I hope it turns out to be nothing!0
