Found a new app to help me track my progress!

Its called Goals Calendar. The app was free as well on android.
You can set daily goals as well as goals for any length of time you need. I set goals for myself for Number of workouts per month, and then Weight loss goals, both short term and long term.
For the monthly workout goals, you can pick the count. I picked 26, and then set the time frame for the months. Then each day when you workout just go in and up the count for the workout you did.
For weight loss I just put the number of pounds I wanted to loose as the count. I did several different ones. My long term goal, and then several short term goals. And then set the time frame.
Hopefully this app will help others as well
