I don't remember being below 14 stone in my adult life and today I managed it. This is huge for me. Next step is to put some distance between me and 14 stone! To celebrate, I went for a 12 mile bike ride :D

At the start of the year I was 16'7, my highest weight ever, and it didn't feel good. I've had a tough year with health issues (reflux and anxiety) and have been up and down as far as exercise goes, but this is a huge boost.

I'm working my way slowly towards something like 10 stone, but that's so far in the distance my next goal is 13'7 and then to get into the 12 stone category. I have back and shoulder issues which mean anything high-impact is out, so I'm doing it via a mix of eating to a calorific deficit (most of the time...) and bits of exercise - so a daily walk of 30-70 minutes, one cycle and one swim a week (this has happened on and off), weekly Pilates and yoga, and in the last couple of weeks I've started doing some lifting/weights to tone and strengthen.
