Polar fit test/optimizer

I am a big fan of any and all Polar products. However, this fit test and optimizer are really screwing with me. Have any of you used these features before? If so what is wrong with my reading...On 12 Nov I took the test and got a 39 which was up one from a month ago. I had been noticing that my HRrest had been decreasing so this morning I took the test again and got a horrible 27!? I have been doing a little research on the tests nothing really on the time of day to do it. Could this have been caused by the low morning HR? Thanks for the help guys.
Here is a link to what I have found on the test for those interested.
