Whey Protein or other Protein powder. Make drink in blender. Like a Milkshake
I like to add cucumber and avocado to mine.0 -
I like Fage 2 percent plain 23g per cup, I mix it in with my steel cut oats 2 cups of Fage with 2 Servings of Steel cut oats 60g of protein with the oatmeal plus 58g of carbs with only 18g or sugar 680Cal. Keeps me full all day at least till I get home from work. But as noted above plenty of other options. I don't really eat a lot of meat anymore I like it but just don't for whatever reason. Or you can do protein powder, myself I would rather eat my calories than drink them.0
