Getting Yourself (Back) on Track

So, I burned about 500 calories by exercising today. Great, right?

Well, I also ate 500 over my calorie limit, AFTER exercising. Mainly in junk food.

I was so proud of myself and now I've done this. How do you forgive yourself and get back on track? I didn't crave sweets for awhile, but now I'm addicted to them.

    Log it and move on. Tomorrow will be a better day.

    Every diet I've ever failed at was because I failed to forgive myself and MOVE ON.
