Hi I'm getting back in shape after gaining 25 pds this past yr. Had knee surgery in the spring. I've been taking it easy with circuit training/rehabbing the past five months and pool workouts as well. Have set a goal to get the weight of and compete in 2015. Just starting carb cycling and using iifym as well as lifting heavy.
