I thought I could maintain without logging all my meals but I was wrong. Now I have to lose 7 lbs again. Ugh!

Welcome back to logging! No harm, no foul. You'll get that right back off. I don't think I know yet what a normal day would be without having a definite end goal to tell me to stop. And I've been logging 288 days straight. Maybe you could get it down to a few days of logging a week eventually, just to keep a check on how you're doing? Best of luck. You've got this!!0
