December is a new month…. It starts on a Monday… We always say, “NEXT MONDAY”…. Instead of doing what you want NEXT Monday.. start tomorrow/today! What are you goals for December? My goals are to be in the 170s, to work out alteast 25 hours (Christmas is the 25th day so that is my goal) and to just be happy with being ME!
