I haven't really used the tracker, or kept tract of measurements, or logged into my day for a very long time and I need help, please. If you are going to tell me I need to go toHaven't got back to counting calories, logging them in, following them nothing! My eating habits are more like what they used to be, which is not good. Haven't weighed in or taken measurements either. I'm afraid to see how much I must of put on. I think it's going right to my stomach, which has already proved is difficult for me. Ok just took a hop on the scale, I am up ten, TEN lbs from when I went off track. It is so scary that it can come right back in no time. I worked so hard for that 30 lb loss, and for at least 1 - 2 months, really bad no healthy food at all! Haven't cooked either, just junk all day, without actual meals. I was just about to move to maintenance, as I wanted to get to 109, I did see 111 once too. I have no excuse. I just stopped eating properly and then at all, that's were the baked goods came in. I really do not know what to do. I know I need to be keeping track, and to get back to cooking whole, non processed foods. I'm just scared that I won't be able to get these lbs back off again. Do I start over again, with new weights and measurements? And I haven't ever actually followed the protical right the first and then this last time I did. I never actually got into the weight training, and I doubt I will now either, so it's real important that I'm following everything else. Please, please someone offer me advice, I can't go another week without getting back to this. I had no idea it had gone over the 120's, until tonight. Didn't seem so like it would if gotten that far within a month and a half. I need to also correct the things in my diet to meet protien and calories properly. what should I do? And how long will it take to get me
Back to say 113. Sure can't believe I let this happen. Hope I actually learned something from it. Know I need to get to the grocery store for decent real foods. I did kinda get tired of plain old baked chicken or turkey . And here I was thinking I was upset over 5 lbs, I truly can't believe it's now 124. I don't know if I should try the eat stop eat, or fasting, I had been doing good on the 12 hr one, until my new job has had me going in early, getting off early, and usually just the opposite, kinda late for me to eat anytime after 6. Completely Lost, thanks again!

Oh yeah....I forgot... If you have replied to other post of mine before at any time suggesting I go to a specialist for treatment, not to be rude, but rather you just keep scrolling, it's useless for me . It sounds like this is going to be real hard.
Actually went with mom today to see some other ones, qualifying is even going to different.

you want to lose weight you log and track and eat at a defecit - however you decide to do it it boils down to calories in vs calories out (so that's what 5:2 does, and low-carb and every other diet plan out there)

It's that simple and nobody can do it for you

I've been away from my iPad for awhile, and still very off...very very off. Today I finally did my weight in and measurements. I have put about 8 lbs back on, from eating poorly, and kinda a lot of stress too. (It's better than smoking, quit that six months ago). I haven't counted not even 1 tiny little calorie for a very long time now... Want to say 2-3 months.
I understand the calories in and out. I got so off track I would second guess myself about starting over, or just picking up where ever it is I fell off. Today I made a weigh in and measurements, I wasn't fortunate enough to just stay the same, only thing to blame is myself. I'm really missing that light feeling, and the excitement of seeing the difference in my body in the mirror. I also thought I'd been doing such a great job, making progress made me hungar for more to loose. I'm ready to get my healthy calorie count and nutrition back. I know that those 8 lbs are gonna take along time to take back off. I can't keep putting it off, the lbs take no time to hop right back on my stomach! Thanks for hearing me vent, hopefully next week at this time I will have alittle break thru to report back on...Question..anyone else out there experience anything like this? Also, .I have to ask...does anyone have any recipes to give chicken or fish alittle flavor, like sauces, or seasoning? I'm just so tired of fish and chicken, especially the kinda dry chicken. Usually bake both. Usually season boneless skinless chicken with Adobe and baking....vegetables are usually A. Sweet potato baked, B. broiled broccoli and cauliflower or C. green and yellow squash broiled D., broiled asparagus.

Basically, yes, just start over fresh. Start logging and being consistent. You seem to be kind of "stuck" on chicken and fish, when there are lots of other things you could eat if you are tired of the other two. You can get very lean beef and pork, or even try some vegetarian dishes. What kind of foods do you like? There are always lower calorie ways of making your favorite dishes.

Yes, I have gotten pretty tired of the samon and chicken. Even just something to give it flavor. Occasionally we may pick up pork chops and fillet. I have got myself started on non processed foods, and I've found that to be a good fit, seems so much healthier. So that kinda pushes substitute, low cal, types of foods.

I don't know how tall you are, but if you work on exercise, you can weigh around 120 and still have a good shape. Also, you don't have to eat just plain chicken or turkey. I have quite a bit of variety in my diet and net around 1200 a day. Yesterday, I even had a little pasta. Everything in moderation is the key. I'm around your age, and there is no reason you can't have a fit, healthy body without having to suffer for it.
