How do I find a particular group?

I was invited to join a particular group, but there doesn't appear to be a search feature where you can enter the name of a group to find it quickly. I don't want to go through hundreds of pages of un-alphabetized group names ... Can anyone help?

Same problem - just typed 'how do I find a group' in search engine so sad to see no one answered you....

you can use Google's site search -

Search google.com in the format:
site:community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group keyword

or replace the word "keyword" after the + sign with your keyword in this URL
https://www.google.com/#q=site:community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group+keyword
