New to MFP

A little backqround on me. Back in February I had minor injury at work that forced me to go to the doctor. They made me weigh in and I hit the scale at 270lbs. This was the shock I needed to get off of my butt.

So, I joined weight watchers online. It went great for six months and then it was like someone flipped a switch and all progress stopped. I dropped down to 235 around the end of August, at the end of September I was at 240 and I haven't lost a pound since. My best guess is that the ww system is just too generalized. I'll bet that the sugar is what is killing me since ww doesn't track it.

My first goal with mfp is to hit 220lbs and eventually 200. So far it looks like I will like this more than ww.
