Connecting Garmin Connect and Myfitnesspal

My garmin connect wasn't synching to myfitnesspal, so I decided to disconnect and then try to reconnect, but for some odd reason I don't know how to reconnect.

Help Please!?!?

    Try posting in the tech support forum on the bottom of the main list of forums. They might be able to help you there.

    You know for some reason it won't let anyone post anything in that forum..

    I actually found out how to post a question with tech support. You have to click help at the top of the screen.
