When I work out every single day, I don't seem to lose any weight. However, if I take a small break (3 to 4 days) from exercising, my weight loss becomes more noticeable. It's weird! Does this happen to anyone else?

It's because the body uses water to repair muscles (since muscle is about 75% water). More water is retained, hence higher weight value. Weight fluctuates normally from 3-7lbs on a daily basis.
