Will working night shift make it difficult for me to lose weight and fat?

The body cares about "how much" you eat. It does not care about the time.

I work straight nights. The only thing I struggle with is getting enough sleep. As studies have shown and I definitely find to be true, I am hungrier and feel the need to eat more for energy when I am tired. But I've been able to mostly keep to my calorie count and still exercise without any problems.

I work nights and I have no problems that I can see caused by nights.. I understand that some people get hungrier but because of how I distance my meals (whenever I start my day, is then breakfast for me and I log everything as that day.. even when I log my dinner at 3am the following morning, for all intents and purposes it's still the day before for me).

If you can train your brain to think in a certain way, you will be fine.. the problem is that many people struggle with that.. only time will tell!

Good luck, I'm sure you'll rock your goals :)
