I love, Love, LOVE the apple dessert in the Healthy Choice meals. Does anyone have any idea what the recipe might be? Or something similar?

Obviously I'm hoping for a healthy-ish, low-calorie recipe. Heavy on the apples, light on the sugar or whatever...

Bonus points if it's easy!! I'm not much of a cook.

I think this is pretty similar, just use half an apple and teaspoons instead of tablespoons and it's 150ish calories.

Cool, thanks! I love oats, so this recipe would be fun to try - especially because it's small enough for just me! (I'm single, so no one else around to eat my cooking leftovers.)

I don't think the Healthy Choice one is a "crisp", though. It's more of a caramel-ly sort of apple dessert. Any other ideas, anyone?

Yeah I've had it, but it was years ago so it might have changed? You could always bake some apples with a bit of cinnamon and sugar and caramel sauce.

"Dont know if you guys are still here but I have an idea for that dessert since I looked it up and found your request but no recipes
Im diabetic so have to be careful what I eat. I buy Smuckers sugar free caramel syrup and I thought to cook the apples in the syrup and a little water. No exact recipe so keep water on hand to add if it gets too thick before the apples are cooked. You could add cinnamon if you like but I like it just the way it is, 2ingredients and water
