Coming back to Finish What I Started

Old habits die hard. That is for sure!

I was on here in 2012-2013 and lost about 70 pounds. I was about ten pounds from my goal weight, then left to see how I did without tracking. I did great for a few months, then I let it slip. I stopped weighing myself regularly ("Hey, I'm not gaining anyway, why check it"). I stopped working out as much ("I have an active job now! I don't need as much time in the gym"). I ate more than I would have when I was tracking ("Oh, it's just this one time. I'll go back to normal tomorrow"). Little by little, I gained weight back. In the last year, I have gained back almost thirty pounds!

I am here to do this again.I don't want to get any closer to my heaviest weight. I didn't like it the first time and I wouldn't like it again. I'm here to make sure that I don't hit 200 pounds again! I am only two pounds away and I need to get serious about this. So, here goes! I am here until the end this time.

Well if you lost 70lbs and gained back 30lbs then that means you still have 40lbs lost. Put your focus on the positive part of this and that is you didn't gain back more than you lost and you should be able to lose it all this time. Good luck and let me know if you need anything like support, encouragement or just to chat.
