    I'm Kari and I live in Wiltshire, England (just 10 miles from Stonehenge). I am 41 and have been a member for 18 months. Lost 3 stone last year, stopped monitoring, gave up smoking and have regained 2 stone. Now need to lose 3 stone and not the last one....ooops.

    Fell off the Wagon and am now getting back on, was gonna wait until all the junk food was eaten and out of the house but decided to start monitoring whilst still eating all the junk to prove to myself just how bad it is for you.

    Welcome all newbies enjoy, this is a fab site and one I need in order to keep my eating under control and to ensure that I do some exercise....
