30 day squat

So, in addition to running and doing some workouts at home, I'm going to start 30 day squat challenge today. Anyone want to join me?

I'm not good at remembering to do things like this EVERY time I should so, motivation of someone else will help a huge amount. Especially if we check in with each other.
