Recommended percentages in Advanced Nutrition Goals

Under Goals/Nutrition/Advanced Nutrition in our app, it is setup as percentages - but it is difficult to know what "healthy" percentages should be.
I have taken two college level nutrition classes, and percentages are never how this is taught (rather than grams/ounces/portions)- so I am lost.
How many calories and what percent of fats, carbs, protein, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats per day should a semi-active petite female (not looking to lose weight) have?
