I am in week 3. Haven't lost a lot of pounds but as of Nov 21, down 6.25 inches so far. My weigh and measure day is tomorrow. My goal is to get healthy and feel better. Need more muscle tone and to lose a total of 30 pounds. I am a great motivator and supporter. Feel free to add me as i also am looking for more fitness buddies out there. Let's do this together! :)
