    Ankles felt OK after my first run back last Thursday. Still skipped my regular running day and did the elliptical on Sunday instead. Did 4.5 today. If the ankles still feel good, I'll ease back into every other day.

    I absolutely hate my new running shoes though. I've given them 3 runs and an labored through all of them. Broke down and ordered a different model. I was fine paying retail at the running store for the pair I was fit for. But if I'm testing the second model, I'm buying them for cheap online.


    Looking forward to getting back on track. I have a 15k in early February that I felt ready for a month ago...but no longer feel really good about.
