first day

downloaded app and logged in my meals from today. I think this will be a powerful tool to loose weight. now I need to get my fat
a** off the couch and do some exercise. Only 115 lbs to go!

    Welcome and you have started moving in the right direction. There is so much info out there and especially early reading will sound like a lot of conflicting info but over time often people are just using different terms to say the same think. After 90 days things started to jell enough to 'start' understanding different dieting approaches in my case.
