Hi I'm new to this, I see a lot of people talk about 12 week programs etc. I'm chasing a 12 week program to kick my butt into gear for the new year any suggestions, ideas etc.

I suggest a lifetime program. don't put parentheses on good healthy habits. Start today and do it one day at a time, with no end in sight. THAT is the way to better habits and long term results.0

I've never seen anyone ask about a twelve week program, but I have the feeling someone will rave about one.0

Are you talking about just a workout program? I do a lot of workout programs that follow a twelve week schedule. I like having a schedule. I have done Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and few times and love it. Finishing up my third round right now. I do not follow her eating plan, just log my calories on here. I think I have lost about 30 lbs during the program and following MFP, eating back my exercise calories. I have also done Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme and plan to do a 12 week hybrid with those two programs at the beginning of the year.0

yeah a workout program for sure I do the biggest loser on the wii and a gym routines but that's about it I might look into the Jillian Michaels and give that a go. Thanks
