Menapause, weightlifting and HRT

So, I just saw a picture of Jada Pinkett-Smiths' mother and wowza, does she look amazing!!
I can surmise by her sculpted body she is a lifter. Based on her age, 61, I would be confident she is menopausal.
My question is, is it possible to achieve that kind of look at that age (and being a woman) without the help of hormone therapy?
I am not a fan of HRT.
