the best way is the way that works for you that ensures you take in less calories than you lose

the less you have to lose the slower the weekly loss should be to preserve as much lean muscle as possible

General recommendation is a little less than 1kgs loss per week max. Put your info in mfp and it will tell you how much to eat

If that's all you have to lose, it's best to go with a .5KG per week deficit for now, then as you lose you'll go to .25. You don't want to deprive yourself of nutrients to keep your body running, and you don't want to lose too much to where you lose muscle. Additionally, you'll want to add in some strength training as well.

If your total goal is only 13kg, 1kg/week is quite aggressive and you might feel really deprived every day with lots of hunger issues. I'm in the US, so I converted it, and you only have 28 pounds to lose. Your goal should be to keep it off not just getting the weight off quickly. This is considered a very small goal when you look at some others here on MFP. At this amount to lose, you may want to start at 0.5kg/week weight loss or less. Aggressive weight loss is not good if you're going to binge due to feeling really hungry throughout the day or week. All your progress will be ruined in the long run if you can't stick to the overly aggressive weight loss plan.
