nutella on a frozen waffle with coffee
raisin toast with chevre and honey, or with almond butter
crustless quiche, sometimes on an english muffin. I make it with 4 eggs, milk, and some cheese, meat and veggies, it make 4 servings...
Oatmeal is good too. I sometimes do an oatmeal bake with one cup rolled oats, almond milk, apple sauce and honey, it's like a bread and also makes for servings under 300 cals.0 -

I love oatmeal + fruit smoothies!! Most of the time I usually go for the plain and simple cereal and milk and a fruit. Sometimes I have toast, cheese, orange juice - if I have the time.0

I shouldn't eat most boxed cereals, but I'd like to. So instead I go with either yogurt and fruit, or an english muffin with hummus, or peanut butter, or bacon/ham/canadian bacon egg and cheese.0
