It Starts with Food

My daughter just loaned me this book. She said she lost 6 pounds in one month following their dietary recommendations. So I'm thinking about trying to implement it in January if I like the book (have only read the intro so far). So I'm curious about results people have had with this. Thanks for sharing!

I've done Whole 30 in the past. Less for loss, more to control bingeing and craving. You may lose, you may not. You don't count calories on their plan, it's more of a Paleo way of eating. If you're eating chips and drinking pop every day, then you totally switch to their plan, you'll probably lose. But if you're already limiting junk and eating at a deficit, you might not. If you're happy, and it's sustainable for you to eat that way, go for it. But, it's not a magic bullet.0

AS long as your eating enough calories (more than 1200) then go for it!0
