I know weird way to start off a nutrition post but, has anyone ever went into Subway/Burger King/Mcdonalds/Wendy's/Any fast food place and just ordered the grilled chicken? Like if I go in and asked for 2 grilled chicken breasts they should theoretically be able to accomodate me on that right?

I need to know because I forgot my after lunch/pre dinner snack and have to go tutor until 7:30 so I'm going to need food or these kids are going to have terrible tutoring sessions.

Any help is appreciated :D

Oh totally. It definitely won't be a problem.

i think it wouldn't be a problem if you wouldn't mind the looks :p (hey i order some of my burgers plain with just the meat and bun for nostalgic reasons, you just learn to get past the stares). however, if you don't want any questions, i personally just ask for the sandwiches and then throw the bread away. unless you don't like the extra condiments and sauce touching your chicken...

however stay away from the grilled chicken at subway... i've had lots of bad luck with subway chicken. stick with wendy's or chick-fil-a B)

Sure, that's not a big deal at all. Lots of people do this.
