Hi everyone! I'm 31 and have lost a total of 70lbs. In my life, but not the right way. I'm looking to tone, gain muscle BACK, hold other accountable. I really need help with that stubborn tummy fat. Any suggestions? Also I struggle BIG time on how to eat right..... add me if you think we can help each other or just need a friend☺
