Hello Everyone,

I just started today.

I have never used this kind of sight before but I hope to use this to get healthy.

I lost one of my parents to health issues and I don't want to have my life cut short because of bad nutrition. I am a mother of two and happily married. I don't want to lose time with my family because of such issues. I am tired of being tired! I am not sure if anyone could understand what I am saying but I want to be able to run and play with my kids.

It heart breaking not being able to do so, and when your kids start calling you fat. Depression hits slowly but gradually. "I guess my eye opening moment was when a loved ask are you okay. You seem heavier than when I last saw you a couple of months ago"

All my life I have been heavy. I know that it is very hard to break the habit. I hope that I can find friends and we could do this together!

To become healthy and keep the weight off.

Today is my first day and I already feel the temptations. They say the first week is always the hardest! I weigh in at 266 lbs. I am 25 years old and I stand 5'2 tall.

Let the change begin for better or for worst!
