Round Two!

Hey everyone! I've been an MFP member for about four years, but was most active two-three years ago and lost close to 45lbs. Since then, I've gained it back due to a new desk job and a couple knee injuries, but I'm between jobs right now and thought, what better time to get back to it?? I'll be trying to lose around 60-70lbs- I'm 6' and "hide it well" (shudder), but it's still fat and needs to go. The number may change depending on how I feel, but I'll be working on losing at least 60lbs, gaining strength in my knees and shoulders, and toning up.

I'd love to have some more friends on here! My number of friends has dwindled from inactivity. Motivation from multiple sources in life is the key to success and sticking to it! :)

    Hello! I'm on Round Two as well. Got myself a desk job at the beginning of the year, stopped working out months before that and now I've got about 20 - 30lbs I want to lose. Feel free to add me. I try and make it to the gym about 4- 5times a week and I'm going to start adding some runs in as well. I know I could use some help and motivation too
