My life is busy and I don't have time to mix a perfect smoothie every day. I got an idea off pinterest to make smoothie cubes. Basically you make a fruit puree, veggie puree, and fat puree and freeze them so when you are ready you throw them into the blender in the ratio that you want and blend. I mix these in a ratio of 3 fruit, 1 veggie and 2 fat. To that I add bee pollen, spirulina, chia seed, flax seeds, and a protein powder that makes it roughly 310 calories per smoothie.

My finished smoothie is roughly:

Fat: 12
Potassium: 408
Carbs: 33
Fiber: 10
Sugar: 7-10
protein: 22

The top is the peach and the bottom is the raspberry:

I would just eat the fruit ones as is lol. Why the fat ones though? Any time I make smoothies I just add fruit, liquid, maybe protein powder, maybe veggies.

The fat is the coconut water, coconut milk and banana. I just wanted something that is quick and easy to portion.

My eating goal is also 50% fat, 25% protein, and 25% carbs. On an average day that means 88 grams fat, 99 grams protein, and 99 g of carbs.
