Hey everyone, I'm not new to MFP, I have used it for a couple years already, and have successfully lost over 40 pounds since I have used this website to help track my food and workouts. I started out with running, and then started incorporating Beachbody workouts in, such as P90X, Insanity, and T25.
I am a busy mom, of 3 kids. I work full time M-F. So, finding my time to workout is difficult! But for the longest time I made it work. Recently I kinda fell off that wagon, and now am trying to get back to where I was.
I would love some new friends that are in the same boat. So, if you are new or trying to get back on the wagon, send me a friend request and we can help each other out!
