Hey, hey... Been part of the community for a while but I've never really stuck with any plan. This time I'm motivated due to some recent weight gain. Currently I'm 5'10 and weight 180 lbs which is the highest I've been in a while. I lost about 50 lbs a couple of years ago 230 to 180, and so being back at 180 has been a bit traumatic because I'm worried about losing all the progress I've done over the years. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs or so by the end of the month by sticking to a 1200 calorie diet plan (but I would be happy with 5). I plan on starting this way and then transitioning to more calories + exercise. I'd love to meet some friends to help keep me motivated! My goal weight is 150lbs by March which would mark the lowest I've been in a decade! I really want this.
