well hello everyone
I'm Mary - I've tried this before but I think I didn't have the community support (because I didn't ask for it, not because I was shunned or anything. Just a little shy.) so it didn't work all that well. I'd like to give it another shot though. Mostly I need to work on portion control - I know what's healthy to eat and I know that a treat now and again isn't going to actually make me gain 10 pounds. I made my food diary public (I think - I may have to make sure I clicked save) so that it's not just me being accountable to me. It's me being accountable to anyone who chooses to read my food diary.

I love to workout actually - I attempt to get up early and do it, but with it being dark until I have to be to work right now it's been getting pushed to after work (or not at all some days :neutral_face: ). I really enjoy running but have been adding in circuit training, light lifting, and some yoga so that I don't over do the running thing. One problem I have is while I was in high school I was always on sports teams that had a coach and now it's difficult to be my own coach. I've been getting better though - so that's good! I have a new 4-legged running buddy too - so that helps immensely.

Well that's enough for now - I'm at work after all. I should probably get to work!!! haha :smile:
