Lower Belly Fat

Does anyone have tips on losing lower belly fat??...I exercise, but doesn't seem to do the trick.......thanks for any help....Syl....

    on the 30 day shred jillian says reverse/bicycle crunches work it out :) you can find the videos on youtube :) I think it was in level one :)

    I have only just started doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 program but already I can feel my lower stomach feeling a tiny bit more toned. I still have quite a flabby belly from after having my son and this is literally the only thing that has made any difference to it.

    You can't target a certain area for fat loss, or "spot reduce". You lose fat on your lower belly the same as you do for anywhere else on your body--eat at a moderate caloric deficit, exercise, sleep, repeat...and of course be very patient. Strength training helps a great deal.

    The exercise the gals above are talking about will help of course as does every pound you lose...unfortunately thats the last place for the fat to leave :( I am still battling this problem as well, my stomach is much reduced but sometimes I don't think it'll ever go completely and age isn't on my side now either! Just keep at those crunches/cardio and consistantly eating at your allowance cals :)

    Eat at a calorie deficit. You will lose weight. Eat while lifting and getting enough protein and most of that weight will be fat. The fat will come from wherever it comes from. Lose enough fat, you will lose the lower belly. No, there is nothing you can do to just lose the lower belly. You can only lose fat, period, and the lower belly will take care of itself over time.
