    I add protein powder to greek yoghurt. That increases my breakfast protein to about 25 gms. I also dump in a T of ground flax for good fat.

    Hi do you know what the best protein shakes are? I have recently bought arbonne protein mix I use almond milk and a table spoon of peanut butter. There are so many to choose from I am confused. help :)

    100cals extra from PB (as well as almost all fat)? Why bother with almond milk then? Hmmmm
