    Cheese.
    Everything else I run out of from time to time, but I pretty much always have cheese.

    philadelphia light (for said ryvita)
    dried fruit for emergencies
    wholegrain pasta, rice, noodles
    tinned tomatoes
    huge selection of dried spices
    freezer full of chicken and stock
    packets of crespo olives. I crave them sometimes

    2 % milk, Greek yogurt, sharp cheddar, peanut butter, black silk coffee (Folgers), celery, cottage cheese, Special K cereal, broccoli, carrots, real butter, some type of white bread for my husbands meals, dried pasta, frozen pre-made pasta stuffed, my husbands extra creamy vanilla ice cream, small red potatoes, onions and my multi-grain Arnold bread. I often make two meals at night.

    I buy my meat, non-salad veggies, and fruit as I need more and vary it according to what is on sale or strikes my fancy at the time
