    variety of meat/fish in freezer with something available in the refrigerator
    yogurt/cottage cheese
    butter
    seasonal veggies
    carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, garlic, onions, fresh herbs, peppers, mushrooms
    seasonal fruits
    some kind of berries, lemon
    potatoes or sweet potatoes
    coffee, tea
    staples: flour of some sort, sugar, baking soda/powder, spices, vinegar, olive and coconut oil, honey, mix of dried pasta, usually some rice or quinoa
    some kind of nuts
    oatmeal
    protein powder and some Quest bars
    mustard, sriracha, soy sauce, fish sauce
    canned beans and dry beans
    canned tomatoes
    ice cream (usually 2 kinds)

    That's what comes to mind, but there's probably stuff I forgot.

    • HealthyChoice frozen dinners (for when I can't eat something the rest of the family is eating)

    • Hot chocolate and whipped cream (perfect before bed snack that prevents nighttime hypoglycemia)
