Hi everyone

I am new here, but not new to the weight battle! I live in Perth Australia and we are going into our summer so it is getting warm and swimming season is fast approaching!

    I was born in Perth many moons ago but have been a Yank pretty much all my life. Yep, we're freezing, too. All best in your fitness efforts!
