So I recently started BodyPump and I notice it is just 3x a week. Looking over other lifting programs they are also staggared like that. This may be totally dumb but....can you do more than that? Or is it best to supplement with something else in between? Is there a reason not to lift two days in a row? Or do it more often for that matter? Thanks for any and all help and suggestions!

    Muscles need time to recover.

This. Plus you are more prone to injury if you overdo. I'm impressed that you want to do more than 3x per week; I'm still sore from Wednesday!

Edited to add: If you feel that it is too easy, add more weight in the class. I try to always add enough that I am struggling to finish the reps. (And don't be afraid to skip a rep rather than do it with bad form).

I probably wouldn't add in another bodypump class, but you could realistically add in a day of cardio if you feel up for it.

Since bodypump is low weight/high rep, try upping your weights a bit during class for more of a challenge. (If you can do so safely, of course.)
