I'm proud of myself! I'm doing a life style change. No gluten at all, no sodas, no refined sugars and not saturated fat. .

Wow that is about 6 pounds a week. Cutting the carbs will help for sure since that is were some of us have in the past got most of our calories. Keep us posted on results.0

You're right! My carbs are not processed at all. They come from white potatoes and sweet potatoes. I'm not eating red meat or poultry, only seafood.0
