I have several health issues that I have been dealing with this last year. I have gained back all the weight i lost a year ago and now I am faced with loosing again but that I cant do the intense cardio that worked for me due to said health issues. any suggestions on exercises that burn fat but arent of high intensity

Any movement is better than no movement. Walking, swimming, or doing parts of YT videos could work.
But you should be able to lose with just a caloric deficit. Exercise is for overall fitness and health.0 -
thank you and Ill try weight lifting, used to really enjoy that. I walk a mile a day to and from work so i know that helps Im eating at deficit but weight is staying the same.0

You'll lose fat just by losing weight, by eating at a calorie deficit. Exercise isn't necessary, really.0

You lose weight with a caloric deficit. If possible, lift, to retain muscle.0
