Hi!
I started 30DS yesterday , today my muscles are aching all across my chest and abs.
Should I continue with it tonight, or is it safer to rest/do light exercise until the pain goes? Seem to be getting conflicting advice on this one.
Thanks.

I'm on day 15 today of 30DS and was VERY sore in the beginning. I pushed through daily though and once you stretch and start moving, you don't feel the pain. Keep going and you'll be proud that you did! After moving on to Level 2 I felt all that soreness all over again, but in new places. I'm just now starting to not be as sore but I'm sure that will change again once I get to Level 3. Keep at it!0

There is a technique called active recovery where you would use the same muscles but not as hard just to get the blood flowing to them. If you are really sore just slow down but don't stop unless it just absolutely hurts to bad to continue.0

I think once I warm up, they will stop hurting as much. I will just take it a bit slower tonight.0

So long as you are not injured, do a good warm up to get the blood flowing (this could be just a brisk walk) and then back at it. If it is injury-type pain, then rest.0
