Welcome and good luck! You want this to work here is what you do, Fill out your info and let MFP setup your daily cals and first eat whatever you want but log and weigh everything, Keep under your cals everyday for a few weeks then you will learn what you can eat to stay under cals but feel full....After you master this you can start to play with your marcos and like magic you will train yourself to eat better and be satisfied on lower cals! You will lose weight too.0

Oh and do not start a crazy diet and eliminate foods...That will fail. Like i said eat what you want, But you will be hungry until you realize the bad stuff does not fill you up.0
