My ticker isnt working which is soo frustrating!!! I want to see my progress but I cant it always just says 0 pounds lost Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it???

Mine is doing this on the mobile version, but not on the website. Not sure how to fix it. My streak also went down to 0 momentarily before bumping back up to 380.

not on the website but the app on my phone has suddenly gone mad, it was showing my total loss its now showing a loss of 0.4kg which is just my loss from weighing in today, it should be showing 19.8kg .

no idea how to sort it though sorry

The one in my app is short about 26lbs and has been for over a week. The one on the site is working okay for me though.
