I'm looking for a good seitan recipe :) Thank you in advance for any help y'all might be able to offer

    I use the one from Low fat vegan chef.
    1 cup vital wheat gluten
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ginger powder
    3/4 cup veggie stock
    1-2 tbsp soy sauce or tamarind
    6 cups veggie stock as cooking liquid

    There are a ton of recipes out there, but I like this one because it's simple. No washing flour under water for hours.
