Any ideas of what I can do with pea protein to include it in my diet please?

I had a jar of 'Now Foods' pea protein and I kept thinking it tasted like pancake batter so I thought I could make pancakes out of it. They fell apart.

I usually just put it into a smoothie but you could add it to soup, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, scramble eggs (or tofu if you don't eat eggs), mix it with your salad dressing on your salads.

I have been using VITAL (brand) Pea Protein Chocolate for a few days here in Australia. It's good. Protein rich stuff!

So far, I have used strawberries, blackberries and cherries with it. All made a smooth palatable drink. Flavour-wise, I enjoyed the blackberry version best.

One of the recipe suggestions (which I use in my super blender) is 25 grams of the pea protein powder in a mug of water, a couple of ice cubes and a handful of berries (of your choice).

I hope this might work for you.
